Shipping


Domestic Shipping 
Fubao Health Store offers free shipping on any order of $99 or more within the contiguous United States.

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Federal Express Ground and UPS - United Postal Service for our shipping needs. Each provider is considered equal by Fubao Health and our customers can expect delivery of their orders 4 to 7 business days after submitting an order. Please note, if your order qualifies for free shipping, we will choose the shipping option

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing. We will notify you by phone and/or email within 24 hours if an item is unavailable or has been discontinued. Please note, if you place an order on a Friday or a holiday, the order will not be reviewed until the next business day.

Here are a few other guidelines we have regarding shipping:
 
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped accordingly.
 
There is no free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 866-883-8226 to place your order. As a general rule, orders weighing less than 3 pounds will be assessed a flat rate of $6.95. Orders over 3 pounds will be quoted on a per order basis.
 
~ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
~ Any order valued at $99 or more is automatically shipped with a Signature Required. In other words, if there is no one home when the delivery person arrives, a notice will be left. After 2 attempts the package will automatically be kept at your local post office for up to 15 days. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned package, we can either refund the original credit card used or we can re-ship the package and there will be another shipping charge assessed. If you would like to waive the delivery signature requirement, please note your intention to waive it in the “Ordering Instructions Box portion of the order form. If you waive the signature, Fubao Health Store does not assume any responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.
 
~ Orders to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses are sent by USPS Priority Mail only. A Fubao Health Customer Service Representative will contact you if the shipping option you desire is not available. 
 
~ Do not send large packages to apartment mail boxes, route boxes or heavily traveled areas by the general public.
 
~ Do not place a large order of any product you aren’t familiar with. Consider ordering 1 or 2 bottles first to make sure the product will work for you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Expedited Shipping

We do not have Federal Express Overnight Delivery service available. Express Mail shipping through the United States Postal Service is available to most areas and delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days. Please note, selecting Express Mail Delivery does not guarantee your order will arrive to you overnight.

If ordering the VSL#3 Probiotic, Express Mail shipping is required. This method of shipping ensures the live acid bacteria in VSL3 remain intact. If you do not choose this method of shipping when placing the order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you. 

A Customer Service Representative will call and e-mail you a tracking number after the order has been processed.

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse by Express Mail, we are not responsible for any delay if you are not there to receive the package. Please consider having the order shipped to an address where someone will be there to sign for the package. If your order is valued at $99 or more, see instructions above if you would like to waive the signature requirement. If the package is unclaimed at the Post Office and is returned to us, the postage is not refundable. If for some reason you do not receive your order within 2 to 4 business days, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will advise you of the next step.

Back-ordered items and shipping time 
 

The time of shipment is determined by product availability. If an item is in stock, it will be sent within 48 hours if the order is received by 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time). If an item is not available for any reason, a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24-48 hours by phone and/or e-mail. Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days to arrive. If the package does not arrive to your shipping address within 14 days from the shipping date, the package will be considered lost. We can then either re-ship the package to you with a signature required OR refund you for your order. However, if we discover the reason for the package being delayed was due to an incorrect address provided by you, the package will not be re-shipped until the original package has been returned to us. At this point, you are then responsible for any additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

Please do not email us your credit card number. Feel free to contact us by email with your order information, the credit card number can be faxed to (415) 704-3008 or you can call our warehouse directly at (415)673-3826. Please provide the following information:
Product name, price and quantity desired.
 
~ Country where the product is to be shipped.
 
~ Preferred shipping method.
 
~ Credit card number, by fax or telephone only.
 

Inquiries can be emailed to sales@fubaohealth.com. We will respond with a price quote for shipping your order to the country you designate. We accept international credit cards as payment. However, we require payment in advance in the form of a money order or cashiers check, payable in US Dollars when shipping to certain countries.

Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You alone are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. The risk is yours. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back.

If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Fubao Health is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. If the shipment is abandoned the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Fubao Health will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and un-tampered products purchased. No refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or shipping charges sending the product.


Have a Return?
 

If possible, please contact returns@fubaohealth.com or call us at 866-883-1558 prior to sending a return. Please note we do not accept any returns on refrigerated or frozen items.
 
Orders valued at less than $50.00: You may simply return your unopened product and receipt within 15 calendar days upon receipt of order for a refund of 80%, a 20 % restocking is applied. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, please include in the box: your order number, name, address, daytime phone number and the reason for your return. 
 
Orders valued at more than $50.00: Prior to returning your package, please contact the customer service department by email or telephone at 866-883-1558. We will require you return the product with a delivery confirmation (this usually costs about $1 extra when shipping by the United States Postal Service). In some instances we may require insurance for the value of the returned product
 
All returns must be sent to us with the postage paid by you.
 
~ After 15 days, there is no refund available.

~ Please review your order carefully and check for errors before submitting an order online. Also, we suggest you not place a large order of any product you are not familiar with. Consider ordering only 1 or 2 bottles first to make sure the product will work for you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
~ If the product arrives to you damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, or no credit will be issued. Please keep the damaged items in the original box for investigation. If your order was shipped to you by Federal Express, we will arrange to have a FedEx driver pick up the damaged product shortly after you contact us. Again, please keep the package in the same condition as when it arrived.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card account used for purchase within 10 business days of return receipt. If purchase was made with a check or money order, a company check will be mailed within 10 business days of return receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Order the wrong product?
 
You will need to ship the product(s) back to us at your cost in order to receive an exchange or a refund. .
In addition, all returns must be sent with a delivery signature confirmation. You must request this when shipping your return through the United States Postal Service as this ensures we can all keep track of the location of the package if a problem should arise. . If you have any questions please call or email our shipping department at 866-883-1558. 

Please note customers are responsible for the postage on return items. After receipt and approval for credit (within 24-48 hours), We will credit your account within 2 business days. The return process may take up to 2-4 business days of receipt of your return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is suspicion of abuse or fraud as to part of our return and credit policy.

All orders valued at $50.00: 
 
All orders valued at $50.00 or more are shipped with a tracking number provided by a third party vendor. By placing an order with Fubao Health, both parties, Fubao Health and the Cardholder, agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows the package to have been properly delivered, it will be the cardholders responsibility to resolve any dispute with the carrier directly. 

All orders valued at $49.99:
 

If the package does not arrive to your shipping address within 14 business days from the shipping date, the package will be considered lost. We can then either re-ship the package to you with a signature required OR refund you for your order. However, if we discover the reason for the package being delayed was due to an incorrect address provided by you, the package will not be re-shipped until the original package has been returned to us. At this point, you are then responsible for any additional shipping charges. Orders which are returned and remain unclaimed for 14 days will be treated as a return and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
